På det nystartade Closet Gallery som drivs av Alexandra Kostrubala i hennes lägenhet har första utställaren Gertruds Alfredsson skapat ett museum av hennes liv.
En arkeologisk tidsresa och ett arkiv för framtiden. Här kan man ana sig fram till en person i fysisk form och som idé. Saker, minnen och berättelser blandas med idéer. Till synes obetydliga slit- och släng prylar som genom sin informationsetikett skapar ett minne som man kan relatera till på olika sätt. Historier finns i saker vi inte tänkt på.
I museet tar Gertrud upp ämne som berör livet i sin flyktighet och livet som en organisk form som ständig är i rörelse och utveckling. Det är också en personlig resa över att försöka förstå ens världsalltet. Hur var det ämnat oss?
Bilder; teckning gamla och nya, en stickning som talar om tidsperspektiv genom 200 tusen stickade maskor. Böcker som aldrig blivit tryckta och andra böcker av vikt. Kulturföreningen Artpits historia från 1995 fram till nu. Alla konstprojekt i dess namn som skapats av Gertrud Alfredsson.
En flickas som växte upp med 6 bröder, en pappa och en mamma som aldrig blev pojk. En klassisk pågatös med många färdigheter och knappt berest i andra. Som sedan upptäckte sorgen i kollektivet men som likt ett gummiband för alltid blivit en del av denna stora kropp; invigd i den social flyktens hemligheter blev livet uthärdligt och mindre hudlöst.
Museet är en kropps tempel en konstnärs liv som dokument till framtiden, på så sätt vill Gertrud Alfredsson iaktta och iordningställa en viktig parameter likt en ny lag bredvid det manliga miljoner metrarna av arkiv. De små och stora perspektiven avlöser varandra som i en cirkus där betraktaren kan låta sig påverkas eller ej.

The museum takes up Gertrude substance that affects the life of its volatility and life as an organic form that is in constant motion and development. It is also a personal journey of trying to understand one's universe. How was it intended us?

A girl who grew up with six brothers, a father and a mother who never became a boy. A classic pågatös with many skills and barely-traveled in the other.
